Golf is BACK at Yarrambat Park Golf Course and we need your help to #StaySafe on course.

Turning people away from the facility is the last thing we want to do, but rules regarding outdoor gathering, congregation and hygiene might give us no choice in certain situations.

Our main challenge at the moment is managing unplanned visits to our facility. To help us prevent unnecessary gathering and loitering, we encourage you to ask yourself at all times: should I be here right now?

Tips & Tricks to navigating our new rules:

✅ NO BOOKING = NO ENTRY. We are managing numbers strictly and, given the demand, no squeeze times will be facilitated for walk-ins. If we are not expecting you, then you cannot be here.
✅ WE ARE CASHLESS. Please be prepared for EFT transactions.

✅ ACTIONS TO LIMIT GATHERING – UPDATED 15/05/20.

  • Driving Range (Zone 1)
    • Maximum of 10 bays available. No spectators permitted. *Adults and/or primary carers may accompany children and/or vulnerable people as required. Management will close additional bays to maintain the limit during these visits.
    • You will be directed to our designated yellow and pink waiting/overflow hubs by staff, so that we can supervise, control and limit this zone effectively.
  • Clubhouse/Tee Box (Zone 2)
    • General ‘walk up’ use of the putting green is now prohibited. The area is reserved and prioritised for groups waiting for their tee time.
    • General ‘walk-up’ use of the chipping area area is now prohibited. You must display a green fee receipt as proof of purchase whilst in this area. Management will be regularly monitoring any unauthorised use and you will be asked to leave.
    • You will be directed to our designated yellow and pink waiting/overflow hubs by staff, so that we can supervise, control and limit this zone effectively.
  • In Transit: Takeaway food is only available upon check-in. Mid-round, keep playing through. Post-round, go straight back to your car.
✅ HYGIENE ACTIONS – UPDATED 15/05/20:
  • Driving Range (Zone 1)
    • We have removed all rubber tees from the driving range mats to promote contactless practice.
      • No driver permitted, irons-only practice for the remainder of May.
        • Do not touch your ball
        • Tip your bucket into the rubber bowl
        • Use your club head to position the ball
        • Our team will sanitise your buckets post-use

We love being an outlet for the community, a place where you can ‘pop in’ at any time and be made to feel welcome. Yarrambat Park Golf Course, as you once knew it, will be back soon enough. But for now, we need you to get in and out as quickly as possible.

We thank you for being understanding during this time.
